After dinner and some discuss, you can get some rest. Lunch and dinner will be served on boat.
On the second day of our trip, we will move to Tatawa kecil and we’ll begin with a morning dive. Enjoy beautiful coral reefs., angel fish, eagle rays, turtles, sweet lip fish, and cuttlefish. Then will continue dive in Tatawa Kecil in the noth komodo national park which is sister island of tatawa besar . Tatawa Kecil is known for having strong current, as it is in the middle of the Linta strait, the strait between Komodo Island and Rinca Island. It isn’t the easiest dive site, so it is recommended only for experienced divers, however, the challenge is totally worth it. Tatawa Kecil is a popular and stunning dive site, offering intriguing rock formations, caves, swim throughs, boulders, drop offs, and a massive field with huge and vibrant coral gardens. The topography of the site differs greatly from other ones, it is one of the most fascinating and unique in the park. After that move to mawan and manta point for the next dive. Mawan is a smallish island with a fringing reef and a white sandy slope. We frequently encounter reef mantas here at the cleaning station but they are often also encountered swimming back and forth along the reef. White tip reef sharks, bamboo sharks large cuttle fish and a three legged Hawksbill turtle are often seen here too. The site is often suitable for beginners as an easier dive plan can be adopted whilst the more experienced can sometimes enjoy a good drift. Close to full moon and new moon this site can however be too tricky for beginners due to strong currents. Be extra careful to stay close to the reef and follow your dive guide when the currents are strong. Snorkelers has a large shallow reef to explore and can easily see mantas from the surface too. Lunch will be served after the third dive, followed by a move to the central area where we will search Manta ray dive. Manta point which is named after the manta rays that inhabit the area. Depending on the current direction, you will drift for about two kilometers in search of mantas. If you’re lucky, you may see multiple mantas during just one dive, along with other marine life such as sharks, turtles, fusiliers, and giant trevallies. After the dives, you will have lunch and then head down to padar island for stay overnight. We’ll anchor the boat in a safe place for your second night. You can then enjoy dinner, chat with your fellow divers, and retire to bed for some well-deserved sleep.
In the morning the boat will dock at Island pier to enjoy the beauty of the natural panorama and sunrise over the top of Padar hill. Padar Island is one of the tourist icons in the Komodo National Park. The natural beauty and sunrise on Padar Island are always the best moment for anyone who comes. Here, you will be invited to trekking to the top of the hill on Padar Island accompanied by a ranger. For those of you who have difficulty trekking high, you can see the beauty of the island at the first point. The third point is the last spot, namely the peak of Padar Island, where you can see the expanse of the archipelago of the national park from above Padar Peak. Here you will spend time taking photos together, enjoying the sunset at all spots on Padar Island, so don’t ever miss the best moment in this place. For 1.5 hours we are on Padar Island. then you return to the boat and continue to sail towards to Komodo dragon island. Komodo island. Loh Liang, the origin and residence of the Komodo dragon varanus. You can also see Komodo dragons on Rinca Island, but for now, Rinca Island cannot be visited. So, upon arrival at the komodo island pier, you are directed to the information center for a briefing and trekking explanation to see the life of the Komodo dragon with the rangers.
For approximately 1.5 hours, you will be invited to trekking to see the Komodo dragons directly and take selfies, take photos with the Komodo dragons. For information, the origins and life stories of the people of the Komodo village who live with Komodo dragons on this island are always interesting moments and stories that you will know. In this place, you can shop for Komodo dragons and other souvenirs. The rules and affirmations conveyed by the ranger while you are in the Komodo island area should be obeyed for your safety and comfort. Our party always advises you to obey and follow all instructions from the ranger. Next, the boat moves to Pink beach, one of the best islands for dive activities . after that we move sail to batu blong for nest dive site. Batu bolong is a tiny rock island in the strait between Tatawa and Komodo islands.
This is the most famous dive site in Komodo National Park, and we dare to say it is one of the best in the world. The usual dive plan is to jump in on the side protected from the current, descend along the steep slope covered in hard corals and surrounded by a cloud of small fish. We then spend the dive zigzagging between the current lines whilst seeing more marine life than we can possibly point at; including white tip reef shark, large turtles, giant trevally, enormous sweetlips, napoleon wrasse and much more. Batu Bolong is not always suitable for inexperienced divers as even the “protected” area has some shifting currents coming if the current is very strong. Good buoyancy is vital on this dive site and we always remind divers to stay close to the reef . and the we move to safe anchor for stay overnight.
In the morning we sail to kanawa island. Kanawa Island is a small island located in the waters of the Komodo National Park. This island is known for its natural beauty under the sea. Various kinds of coral reefs surround this island, plus white sand with clear sea water is an attraction for tourists. On this island you will be invited to do coral snorkelling activities. The beauty of coral and marine life is very much and beautiful always attracts the attention of tourists, this is also what makes this island a favorite spot for snorkeling. Long before this island had a resort and is currently no longer activated.
Every guest can play and do activities on the beach. Not only the underwater beauty is superior, there are also hills that show the beauty of Kanawa Island. The hill is in the middle of the island, you can climb it. The path is not too difficult, because on the hill there are no tall trees, only grass. There, you can capture the moment with an enchanting island background. After snorkeling, you are directed back to the boat and continue towards the city of Labuan Bajo. It is estimated that around 4pm afternoon will arrive at the Labuan port . After that we will pick up transport and will drop to your own hotel.
